When a bike is exchanged, it gets refurbished at our warehouse ready for its new home. This saves it from becoming one of the estimated 12.5 million kids bikes going to waste across the UK.
Things to be aware of:
- You may cancel the agreement immediately by returning the bike. Bike Club will arrange for the collection of the bike for a set fee. This fee is currently £29.99 but may be set to increase with increasing courier costs.
- You will be liable for any damage caused to the bike which falls outside of reasonable use (“extraordinary damage”) as deemed by Bike Club.
- Your relationship with Bike Club is governed by a hire agreement which means you are leasing the bike through paying the relevant subscription fee.
