Things to be aware of:

  • You may cancel the Agreement immediately by returning the bike. Bike Club will arrange for the collection of the bike for a set fee. This fee is currently £29.99 but may be set to increase with increasing courier costs.
  • You will be liable for any damage caused to the bike which falls outside of reasonable use (“extraordinary damage”) as deemed by Bike Club.
  • Your relationship with Bike Club is governed by a Hire Agreement which means you are leasing the bike through paying the relevant subscription fee.
