How returns are processed
- It can take up to 7 days for your item to reach us.
- Once we've received your item, we will check and process it. This normally takes up to 2 days, depending on how many returns we are dealing with. We'll then send you a Return Processed email.
- Your refund should appear in your account within 5 days of the Return Processed email.

You can view your refund method through the order details link in your Return Processed email.
