Order status

When you shop with us, your order moves through several key stages. Here is a breakdown of what each status means for you and your delivery.

Order received: Your order is waiting to be processed.

Order processing: Your order is at any point between being received at the warehouse and dispatching your products.

Dispatched: Your order has left our warehouse. You'll receive an email confirming dispatch. For items delivered directly from the supplier, dispatched refers to the order being received by the supplier. This will be delivered to you within the lead time shown on the product pages.

Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled either by you or us.

Order incomplete: Products may arrive separately for orders with more than one item.

Damaged items

You can use our online service to contact us about a damaged item. If you bought the item from one of our stores, returning it to a store may help us to solve your query faster.
