HOME DESIGN SERVICE
You can book a virtual appointment with one of our Home Design Stylists. From the comfort of your home, our experts will show you how to make the most of your space, or finally tackle that interior project you've been thinking about. They’ll answer any questions you have and give you advice tailored to your lifestyle and budget. You'll end up with a personalised shopping list which we'll email to you for your reference later. It’s free of charge with no minimum spend.

Whether you’re refreshing a room or rethinking your whole home, we can help you create a look you’ll love. Our Home Design Stylists offer two types of appointment, in store or at your home. You'll find the service in all our shops with home furnishings and furniture departments.
WHAT'S INCLUDED*:
A 90-minute in-store appointment
Help devising a new look for one room, pulling together everything from flooring and curtains to the finishing touches
Personalised shopping list of curated items
Booking of any services required e.g. measuring appointment
Step 1: Discuss
Our Home Design Stylist will start by discussing ideas and what you'd like to achieve
Step 2: Browse
You’ll then look at some products together and your Stylist can start devising a new look for your room.
Step 3: Shop
At the end of the appointment, we’ll give you a list of all the items you and your stylist have selected. Your Stylist can place any orders or collate your selection of items for you to take home on the day.
Appointments are available via all our shops, except Heathrow and St Pancras International.
This service covers up to 3 rooms; if your project is bigger, please mention it when booking your appointment and we can discuss it in more detail beforehand. It costs £250, but this is redeemable against purchases you make through the Home Design Service.
WHAT'S INCLUDED*:
A two-hour home visit to get to know your living space, and a one-hour follow-up in store
Creation of personalised design scheme
Digital mood board and shopping list of items curated for your home
Booking of any services required such as measuring and fitting
Step 1: Home visit (2 hours)
Our Home Design Stylist will visit your home to understand what you're looking to achieve and get a sense of what would work well. They may take photos of the rooms and approximate room and window dimensions if required.
Step 2: In-store appointment (1 hour)
A follow-up in-store appointment where your Home Design Stylist will present their ideas and proposed design scheme
Step 3: Visualise your new decorating scheme
We’ll reveal the designs we've curated for you, along with a digital mood board and personalised product list.
Step 4: Order
We’ll place orders for you as well as arranging samples and any measuring appointments you may need

* The £250 consultation fee is redeemable when you spend over £1500 through the Home Design Service
