How does the busy mum, TV presenter and entrepreneur tackle her to-do list? We caught up with her to find out

Whether you’re one of her 2.2 million Instagram followers or not, you’ve undoubtedly heard of Rochelle Humes. She first lit up our screens (and iPods) in 2001 as a singer in the insanely popular S Club Juniors and, after the band split up, she formed one fifth of world-renowned girl band The Saturdays. Since then, she’s become a mum to three gorgeous kids, had a regular presenting slot on the likes of This Morning, Ninja Warrior UK and The Hit List  and launched her hugely successful skincare brand, My Little Coco.

Spotting a gap in the market for kids’ bath products that were reliable in their ingredients list, gentle on delicate skin and both paediatrician and dermatologist-verified, Rochelle got to work on launching My Little Coco when she was pregnant with her first child. The idea was that the products could be used on tiny babies, older siblings and even Mum and Dad and that they ticked every box when it came to both efficacy and ethics. My Little Coco has recently launched across John Lewis and Waitrose and we’re thrilled to be stockists of such a beloved brand.

So what are her tips for fitting everything in to her busy day?

What are the first three things you do when you wake up?
I do Pilates, make my matcha and then wake up my kids.

What’s your healthiest habit?
Waking up early every day, which never fails to start my day off on a positive note.

What’s your go-to snack to get you through the day?
It has to be quick, easy and healthy, so I always have a stash of blueberries and protein balls.

What are the beauty/skincare staples you can't live without?
I’m obsessed with the Black Rose Infusion Cream by Sisley at the moment.

What’s the weirdest beauty item/tool you own?
Not so much a beauty tool, but my make-up artist Fran swears by ice cubes wrapped in tissue to de-puff eyes. And it works, every time!

What's your nightly wind-down routine?
Once the kids are asleep for the night, I’m all about a bubble bath and Netflix.

What would you save if your house was on fire?
If we’re talking possessions, then it would have to be my laptop – it literally holds my life.

Where’s your happy place?
Anywhere with sunshine and my favourite people…

What’s your secret to getting it all done?
It sounds obvious but lists, lists, lists – they don’t always all get ticked off but there’s a ‘tomorrow’ list for that!

What’s your favourite splurge item?
It would have to be a Diptyque candle, I’m obsessed with every scent!

You can shop My Little Coco at John Lewis & Partners and Waitrose & Partners today
