With an Intel Core i7 processor, your device will easily handle day-to-day tasks such as work assignments, coursework or browsing the net. Power hungry programs like image manipulation and video editing software will see processing times reduced, enabling better productivity.

The i7-1165G7 processor in this model features 12MB of cache and 4 cores that can adjust their speed depending on the complexity of the task they are working on, from 2.80GHz to 4.70GHz.

What is RAM?
RAM (Random Access Memory) is different to the permanent storage provided by hard disk drives (HDD), solid state drives (SSD) or memory cards in your equipment. RAM is used by your device to temporarily store data to carry out everyday operations. The more RAM your machine has, the faster you can expect it to open and run programs.

Featuring 16GB of RAM, this computer is comfortable running lots of complex tasks at once, and you won't see any obvious lag or slowdown.

Thanks to the convertible design, you can read books or comics in tablet mode, watch films, have recipes displayed or view your pictures in the tent position, then there's standard laptop mode for work and some casual gaming.

Connecting your other devices
The USB ports allow for fast data transfer, whilst the SD card slot offers a convenient way to upload your photos and videos. Additionally, Bluetooth can help to send data wirelessly between devices.

Screen beam
Miracast technology enables you to project your device's screen onto your Miracast enabled television.

To enable Miracast functionality, press the Windows button + P (at the same time) on your keyboard and then click on 'Connect to a wireless display'.

This is a great way to view pictures or websites on a larger screen, however please note: your videos might stutter or suffer with lag.
