Beautifully made in Italy, this Marcato pasta stamp creates square-shaped ravioli with crimped edges for appetisers and first courses. It can also be used to make sweets and biscuits.

Made of solid food-grade die-cast aluminium with a pearwood handle, it's lightweight and easy to use. Add fillings to your base pasta sheet, fold a pasta sheet layer on top, squeeze out the air and use the stamp to cut your ravioli.
