Rōzu Arises explores the journey of the rose across the years and seasons, from the spiked, woody stems that withstand winter’s cold to the flourishing petals and leaves of spring. A fable about growth told through scent, with notes of Shiso, Vetiver Bourbon and Jasmine conjuring the unyielding spirit of the Thorn, as a radical use of Rose grows unforeseen facets.

All of this is contained in a newly redesigned bottle with an embossed Aesop insignia, and a pleasingly textured cap inspired by basalt, a rock on which our hometown of Melbourne was quite literally built.

The amber bottle, enhanced: While no story should be judged by its cover, the Fragrant Fables arrive in pleasingly tactile bottles, with a new textured cap inspired by basalt rock native to our home city of Melbourne, and an embossed insignia on the amber glass.
