Anua's Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner helps to balance oily skin, strengthens the skin barrier to prevent moisture loss, and helps to brighten and even out skin tone.

Infused with 70% Rice Water, it helps to refine and smooth skin texture, soothing irritation and delivering deep hydration. This toner also features Niacinamide to balance sebum levels, along with Ceramides to reinforce the skin barrier and Hyaluronic Acid, Panthenol and Betaine to soften and moisturise the skin.
