The covered receptacle collects metal filings from sharpening, keeping kitchen surfaces clean and safe. This design means Evo sharpens the whole blade, all the way to the handle. A 30% increase in suction power makes it more reliable and robust than ever. The concealed handle makes it even neater when on display or when being stored.
