Decide how you would like to personalise your product, please see the product images for character limit, available font styles and engraved examples. |

Email your personalisation details to johnlewis@aureejewellery.com. Please include the following information in your email:- a) Your details: name, order number and contact information
- b) The text you would like to have engraved or let us know that you do not want the item to be engraved. Please type your text exactly as you would like it to appear i.e. using the desired upper or lower case, and any symbols that you wish to be included.
For example, if you would like your engraving to be in all capital letters then please type it in all capital letters i.e. JANE or with a name like Anne-Marie, make sure to include the – and both capital letters.

Solid 9ct Gold: use warm water and a soft polishing cloth.
Sterling Silver: use a silver cloth or polish wadding, it's best not to use a silver dip.
Gemstones: use warm water and a soft cloth & ensure they dry completely.
