The TL45 Perfect Day lamp from Beurer delivers light therapy to help lift your mood and balance your day/night rhythm for better sleep. It offers three programmes, each using different colour temperatures that imitate the natural course of daily sunlight to help support you through the different working and resting phases of your day. Thanks to LED technology, its compact size makes it easy to carry to work.

- Active: Delivering 7000 lux of light, effective at a distance of approximately 20cm, this programme is designed to encourage focus. The perfect midday pick-me-up.
- Relax: To help you unwind, this programme delivers a warming 3000 lux of light at a distance of approximately 20cm. The warming tones imitate the sunset and can help induce relaxation.
Good to know: Light therapy is commonly recommended by the NHS to support those who experience Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). Many see a change in their mood after 7 days of consecutive use. Morning treatment is advised for the best possible results.
