The TL45 Perfect Day lamp from Beurer delivers light therapy to help lift your mood and balance your day/night rhythm for better sleep. It offers three programmes, each using different colour temperatures that imitate the natural course of daily sunlight to help support you through the different working and resting phases of your day. - Relax: To help you unwind, this programme delivers a warming 3000 lux of light at a distance of approximately 20cm. The warming tones imitate the sunset and can help induce relaxation.
