Seamless design

The new Glass Draft module opens up new opportunities for kitchen planning. The ventilation module is positioned directly behind the cooktop, so that steam and odours can be extracted right where they originate. The annoyance of rising steam and fogged glasses is finally a thing of the past. When not in operation, the module can be lowered into the worktop, making it almost invisible. The design of the Glass Draft is precisely coordinated with the design of Bosch cooktops. When installed side by side, the transition between the two appliances is practically seamless. And we aren’t alone in our enthusiasm for the design – the design jury agreed. The new Glass Draft module won the 2020 reddot Design Award.

Guided Air

To ensure that the rising steam can be extracted from all cooking zones, a sort of air curtain is generated behind the glass panel. As a result, extraction is not only more effective and quieter, but you’re also guaranteed clean air in your kitchen.

The saturation indicator displays the status of your grease and odour filters on the touch control user interface. Automatically reminding you when you need to clean or exchange them, ensuring maximum performance of your hood.

Voice control Alexa voice control

Manage your appliance with your voice, thanks to the Amazon Alexa Voice Control. Thanks to partnering with Amazon Alexa, your appliance can be controlled by voice as well. If the relevant “Home Connect” skill within the Alexa app is available for your country & language, then activate the respective skill to establish the connection between Amazon Alexa and your home appliance.

High extraction rate

No matter whether you have an open-plan kitchen and living-room or a small, closed-off kitchen. Bosch offer the optimum air volume for kitchens of all sizes. Air should be exchanged 6 to 12 times an hour to ensure a consistently pleasant ambience. To do so, the air delivery volume or power of the cooker hood must be appropriate to the room volume.
