The Convective 640 B XL barbecue caters for eight people at a time and features a modern black steel cart design. Six stainless steel burners emit flame from the top for even cooking and added durability. With the integrated sear burner, very high temperatures can be reached within minutes.

This barbecue is made to last, with cast iron grates for perfect sear marks and easy cleaning. All the features are here, including a removable porcelain-coated grease pan, a side burner and an electronic igniter.

Electric ignition

Coated cast iron grates
The grates are made of porcelain-coated cast iron for greater heat retention and perfect barbecue searing stripes. They are durable, rust-proof and easy to clean.

Warming rack, side burner and side shelves
Use the rack to keep cooked foods warm, to toast bread or as an indirect grill zone. On the side burner, warm up sauces and side dishes to complement what you grill, or flip the lid down and use the surface as additional workspace. The two side shelves provide extra prep space.

Lid-mounted temperature gauge
Keep track of preheat status and monitor the grate temperature of your grill.

Easy to transport

Good to know:
Manufacturers recommend that you should safely leak test all gas connections on your new grill before use. A 5kg or 13kg patio Liquid Petroleum Gas refillable cylinder will need to be strapped under the barbecue when grilling.
