Founded in Dublin by chef Garret FitzGerald, Chimac was born from an obsession with Korean-inspired flavour and seriously good fried chicken. These sauces were first created in the Dublin Chimac restaurant kitchen - then perfected, through years of serving thousands of flavour loving guests.
Not your average buffalo sauce. Chimac Buffalo Sauce combines the deep, umami flavour of gochujang with bright vinegar tang to create a bold sauce with the perfect amount of bite. Dreamt up in their Dublin restaurant kitchen and made in small batches in Ireland, it's designed for drenching crispy wings, loading onto burgers and bringing big, restaurant-quality flavour to everyday cooking.
