The Cooking BBQ Tripod is one of Kadai's most popular accessories, turning any Kadai bowl into a versatile, multi-level barbecue. Designed to sit securely on the rim, it features an adjustable chain for precise heat control and a strong hook for hanging joints of meat over the fire. Compatible with a range of BBQ Tripod accessories, it's an essential tool for confident live-fire cooking.
It comes with a Tripod Roaster to suspend the Cooking BBQ Tripod and slow roast meat or vegetables over an open fire. Great for roasting a chicken for a crispy skin and unique smoky flavour. Or try roasting cauliflower, squash or even a caramelised pineapple for dessert. Handmade in mild steel with a hardwood and steel handle.
Used for making curries across India, the Kadai Cooking Bowl hangs on three chains. Raise and lower on the Tripod chain to control the temperature, adding a new dimension to outdoor cooking. It's an ideal piece of cookware for an authentic-tasting curry, slow-cooked stews, chillies or even mulled wine. Includes a separate trivet for placing the bowl on a table to serve. Handmade in mild steel with three hand-forged chains.

- Allow the Cooking Tripod to cool before dismantling. Wash legs, chain, and hook in warm, soapy water, then dry thoroughly. Rub a small amount of vegetable oil over all mild steel parts to protect against rust. Do not heat during this process. For long-term storage, apply a thin oil coating and store in a dry, covered area. Do not clean in the dishwasher, as this removes the protective finish. Store indoors for longevity.
