Inspired by Japanese knife-making traditions, the Katana Saya kitchen knife range features exceptionally high-quality Damascus steel blades and beautiful olive wood handles. The Katana is the famed sword of the Samurai and the Saya is its sheath.
The extremely sharp blades are crafted from Japanese VG-10 Damascus steel. The handles are crafted from the finest olive wood in a traditional chestnut shape to give a safe grip and perfect balance.
This six-piece knife block set includes a luxury solid olive wood knife block filled with five kitchen knives:
- 20cm chef's knife
- 20cm carving knife
- 20cm bread knife
- 12cm utility knife
- 9cm paring knife
