Begin massaging into the skin with sliding motions:
- 1. Hold and press the curved tip of the Nocturnal Massage Stone on the acupressure point in between the eyebrows
- 2. To stimulate microcirculation and soothe facial muscles, perform light strokes over the entire face and neck, as shown, starting and finishing in the centre of the forehead
