Giving a modern twist on the classic sauté pan, this versatile pan comes with a non-stick insert designed for perfecting poached eggs. Stylish in design, it has all the benefits of Le Creuset’s 3-Ply Stainless Steel technology.
Key benefits:
- Non-stick insert for poaching eggs
- Design prevents handles from heating up
- Dishwasher, grill and oven safe to 260°C. After dishwasher use, season the pan with oil (vegetable or rapeseed) to recondition the pan
- Suitable for all types of hob, including induction. For best results, use your Le Creuset pan on a medium heat (avoid high heat), this allows the whole pan to heat evenly and provides quicker cooking results
- Heat-resistant glass lid
- 3-ply technology for even heat distribution
- Lifetime guarantee for long-term economy
Ideal for a variety of cooking, the sauté pan can be used on its own as a small frying pan or for baking and roasting in the oven.
Use the heat-resistant glass lid to retain moisture and flavour when cooking small portions of stews and casseroles. You can check the food you are cooking without lifting the lid and disturbing the cooking process or temperature.
Place the insert to cook up to four poached eggs at the same time, with the non-stick surface providing quick and easy food-release.
The hollow, cast stainless steel handle with a V-shape fixing reduces heat travelling to the handle and so stays cooler when the pan is on the hob.
Using the latest multi-layering technology, where premium-grade stainless steel and aluminium are bonded together to form a special 3-layer material, heat spreads evenly and gently throughout the entire pan from base to rim. The 3-ply range is suitable for use on all heat sources, including induction, is oven and dishwasher safe and comes with a reassuring lifetime guarantee.
