Creating your own large, perfectly defined ice spheres has never been easier. Fill the ice cube tray up to the brim, fit the lid securely to the base, freeze, and pop out the ice. Release the ice with ease thanks to the silicone lid. Once frozen, the sphere will stick to the lid, and to remove it, simply separate the lid from the base. The lid prevents freezer food odours from being transferred to the ice cubes.
Try making flavoured waters and adding pieces of fruit, mint leaves and edible flowers. You'll create a visual and flavorful twist that will surprise your guests.
