Portable and powerful, the Karu 12G pizza oven from Ooni bakes authentic wood-fired stone-baked pizza outdoors in just 60 seconds. Multi-fuel powered, with either wood or charcoal out of the box, or with gas via the addition of a gas burner, it reaches cooking temperatures in as little as 15 minutes and has a high-heat top temperature of 500 °C. Its lightweight stainless steel body is ceramic fibre-insulated to maximise heat retention. Ideal for beginners and experienced pizza-makers alike.

- Run at top temperature for 30 minutes to burn off excess food. Once cool, wipe down the inside with dry paper towels. Wipe outside shell and glass door with a damp cloth when the oven is completely cool.
