The Technics technicals...
To produce music with enhanced spatial sound requires that the sound-waves are all aligned regardless of the listener’s position. Technics use the concept of Point Sound Source, achieving a spherical wave with aligned wave-fronts of radiated sounds. Therefore the SB-C600 speakers realise clear sound image localisation, and smooth, emotion-rich, high-quality audio.
The originally shaped acoustic plug is positioned on the front side of the tweeter diaphragm, providing high-resolution sound reproduction and a wide sound-stage.
The woofer diaphragm has a shallow shape and smooth edge to reduce sound reflection. This ensures minimal disturbance of the sound-waves to realise excellent frequency response, phase characteristics, and wide directivity.
Their construction thoroughly removes undesirable sounds and reproduces only the necessary sounds with a high signal-to-noise ratio. The speaker mount baffle secures enough vent holes to ensure smooth flow of sounds radiated from the back sides of the speaker units and improve the response, while maintaining low resonance and high rigidity.
