Product information

This Z-shaped desk will give your home office a light, airy look and discourage desktop clutter. Made from metal with glass-clad uprights topped with a durable 10mm white tempered glass top.

Zane also includes a "floating" white cabinet with 3 stationery drawers.

The parts in white gloss wood come with protective film for shipping. This can be easily removed prior to assembly.

First class desk Great desk, well made, contemporary style and good size. All parts delivered and in good order.The only problem was time to construct - this was done by a professional and it took 50 minutes. Otherwise more than fit for purpose. 09 March 2013

A nightmare to assemble The desk look good in the shop but really it's badly designed when it comes to the way in whcih one is supposed to assemble it. The tolerances with which the part comes are not precise enough and the back of the drawers takes 20 minutes each. On top of that they don't fit perfectly and the sliders are quite poor. When I saw it I thought it was a bargain, but then I realized why it comes at such price. I've had better quality, easier to assemble things from a well known Swedish manufacturer! 12 January 2013

Excellent Contemporary styled desk When I bought this, it had mixed reviews, but I took a chance anyway and I am glad that I did. The desk looks great and is sturdy and well put together. It is quite easy to put together if you follow the instructions, but you will need to allow an hour and a half rather than the 30 minutes that is suggested. However it is perfectly possible to build it with one person. The supplied tools are sufficient to build it, but a better screwdriver certainly makes it easier on the hands. 23 December 2012

Nice Desk A good working height, with plenty of storage. All the parts are well labelled so putting it together is fairly simple, albeit being a lenghty process - 2 people definitely required to do it. Looks good and is very serviceable. 20 December 2012

Very good looking desk First at all, great delivery service from John Lewis as always, very friendly and helpful. However, for the desk itself, personally I dont think it is possible to complete the desk in 30mins with two person as the manual said. It took me almost 2hrs 30mins to finish it. I wont say I'm an expert to do this kind of job. But I want to mention that I have got the electric screwdriver and other tools to make the progress as quick as possible. Also I've experience to build table/desk in the past. But still... anyway, don't let this pull you off because once it has finished, the desk just look AMAZING. I wont think twice if you ask me if I will buy this desk again, 100% YES! 13 December 2012

Useful and very sturdy product Once put together this desk is very sturdy and pleasing on the eye and will be a very useful product. However the only one small complaint I have is that it takes more than 30 mins for two experienced people to build this article. Having said that I am extremely pleased with the outcome. 08 October 2012
