A timeless and elegant silhouette, expressing ercol's signature style.
The Chartridge dining chair features a curved backrest, with turned oak spindles and a central back slat, with arms gently sweeping down, providing a natural armrest. A traditional wedge joint is used, where the legs come through the seat and a wedge is then inserted into a cut, before the leg stump is hand sanded flush with the seat, to create a lovely design detail and a very strong joint.
Finished in a matt lacquer, the surface beautifully enhances the character of the natural solid oak wood grain.
