The Fittle Box Plus is a complete strength training system with 55 kg of weight plates, designed for effective workouts at home. Inside the box is everything needed for a full range of strength exercises, including a weight bench, loadable dumbbells, a barbell with weight plates for lighter and heavier training, plus a mat and resistance bands that integrate with the bench.
