The Eau-Me Board is a new-generation balance board boasting a patented combination of classic balance training with the unpredictability element of moving water.
Reacting against your movement to provide an extra dimension to core stability training, this innovative design challenges larger muscle groups that are seldom used in conventional balance boards. Providing an ever-shifting base ensures you have to engage your deep muscles, not just the peripherals as you maintain your balance.
Suitable for anyone from elite athlete to complete beginner, the board's versatility can improve the effectiveness of training exercises such as squats, sit-ups, lunges, and push-ups. No regular patterns can be practised or memorized – even the slightest unbalanced movement triggers water to shift inside the polycarbonate tank as you're forced to engage your deep muscular system for coordination and core strength.
By engaging larger muscles groups are worked disproportionately on traditional balance boards, the Eau-Me design allows you to build strength in your core muscles by providing a platform that supports all other movements and acts to prevent future injury.

Brand information
WaterRower was founded in 1988 by U.S. national team rower and Yale engineering professor John Duke. Duke’s vision was to create a rowing machine that simulates the resistance and feeling of a rowing boat gliding through the water.
Widely regarded as the most realistic rowing simulator on the market, WaterRower’s unique WaterFlywheel uses water resistance to replicate the dynamics of a moving boat.
All WaterRower machines are handmade in the U.S. at the brand’s New England factory in Warren, Rhode Island, where the company was founded. All wooden models are crafted from the finest Appalachian hardwoods, sourced only from replenishable forests.
