The automatic steam wand lets you adjust milk temperature and texture to suit your taste, delivering barista-quality microfoam that enhances the coffee's flavour and is essential for latte art. The innovative ThermoJet® heating system achieves optimum extraction temperature in 3 seconds. Digital Temperature Control (PID) delivers water at precisely the right temperature for optimal extraction, with low-pressure pre-infusion helping draw out flavour evenly. Auto purge automatically clears the heat system after steaming, so your next espresso extracts at the right temperature.
Brew Espresso, Americano, Flat White, Cappuccino, Latte and Hot Chocolate, plus Tea via the hot water function.
Care and Washing Instructions:
Clean the outer surface with a soft cloth and a mild detergent — do not use alkaline cleaning agents. All parts and accessories should be cleaned by hand using warm water and a gentle dish washing liquid. Do not use abrasive cleansers, pads or cloths which can scratch the surface. Do not clean any parts or accessories in the dishwasher.
Rinse removable parts such as filter baskets and the portafilter under hot water after each use. Wipe the steam wand after each use to keep it free from milk residue. The machine will notify you when a clean or descale cycle is needed — simply follow the prompts. We recommend descaling approximately every 3 months with the Sage Descaler. Replace the Sage water filter approximately every 3 months.
