All pre-loved devices have been fully data-wiped, rigorously tested, polished and graded by our expert partners at Loop. They test 75 key features on each device to provide you with the best quality. Your device will be delivered by Loop in sustainable eco-friendly packaging. All our pre-loved products come with a 24-month warranty directly from our partners at Loop that covers all technical malfunctions. It does not support accidental damage, water damage, loss or theft.
Excellent Grading
Our excellent devices may have very light micro-scratches on the body that are not noticeable with normal use. The screen might show some extremely light signs of use, but these are not visible when the device is in use. These devices function like new.

What is the battery life of a pre-loved device?
The battery life of a pre-loved device from John Lewis is tested by experts at Loop to meet our high standards. Our Excellent grade devices come with a minimum 80% battery health, ensuring that the battery performance is reliable and sufficient for everyday use.
