Simple wireless syncing
The Body will talk to the Nokia Health Mate app on your iOS or Android device wirelessly through Bluetooth or Wi-Fi for longer range connections. The Scale will update your app automatically after every weigh in, so the information is there when you need it. You can use the app to set achievable goals to keep you motivated and join a weekly weight loss program to get started. You can also use the historical weight chart to understand how your body weight relates to your lifestyle choices over time.

Personal profiles for family use
You can set up multiple user profiles (up to 8) on your Wireless Scale so that everyone in the family can easily access and track their own progress. The scale learns the weight of each family member, and will automatically recognise the person using it, giving you seamless weighing whenever you step on, with no PIN numbers or passwords. You can choose to share your information on Facebook and Twitter to celebrate your achievements with friends and family, or keep it private if you'd rather keep your progress to yourself. Pregnancy Mode easily and accurately tracks pregnancy weight gain, while Baby Mode makes it simple to weigh your baby simply by stepping on the scale while holding them.

Nokia's Wireless Body Scale works with a number of third party apps to help you look after yourself however works for you. It can store up to 16 readings if wireless sync is not possible and uses 4x AAA batteries, which typically last for 1 year.
