Correct Fit:
Ensuring that you have the correct size breast pump is of the utmost importance for an effective and comfortable pumping experience. Using the wrong size flange/shield pump can significantly impact your milk supply and potentially lead to health implications. Please refer to the size chart to determine your correct size. If you require a size other than the standard 24mm, you can purchase additional sizes separately.

Please follow the assembly instructions to ensure the pump is properly connected - this is key for a comfortable and effective pumping experience.

The breast pump replaceable parts work extremely hard to ensure that suction is effective each time you use your breast pump, and will wear out over time. Depending on how frequently you use your pump these consumable parts will need to be replaced every 1-3 months to ensure your pump stays efficient and creates maximum output.

Cleaning:
The wearable breast pump parts are dishwasher safe on the right settings but it is recommended that they are cleaned and sterilised separately due to the nature of the product - this is also very much user discretion. The silicon parts only ( not the motor) can go in the top rack of the dishwasher and smaller parts can go in the cutlery section. Dishwashers do not replace sterilisation unless the dishwasher has a specific setting for this. Hot temperatures are recommended but must not exceed 100 degrees Celsius for longer than 5 minutes. Cold water tablet sterilisation is another form of sterilisation using Milton tablets for example.

Sterilising:
The collection cup and internal parts can be sterilised using one of the following methods:

UV Sterilising - please follow individual equipment instructions carefully

Hot Water/Boiling Method - ensure temperatures do not exceed 100° C and parts are sterilised for no longer than 5 mins

Cold water sterilising solution/tablets - clean water in a clean bowl, using the adequate solution/tablet amount, please follow instructions for the chosen sterilising solution/tablets.
