The freestanding sturdy ash wood base and matching roller handle bring a vintage look to the machine, combined with a modern chromed aluminium process that deposits a thin metal film on chrome, creating an aesthetic finish.

The original Otello was cutting edge, giving you control of the thickness of the sheet of pasta and now includes seven thickness levels, easily selected with the adjustment knob. The rollers are made of anodised aluminium alloy and the combs and scrapers are made of polymeric resin to prevent harmful metal dust particles on pasta.
