How to use:

Whether you want to create a glowing, golden topaz look, a romantic ruby smokey eye, a dreamy amethyst-inspired eye look or a supermodel smokey quartz gaze, use the PRIME-ENHANCE-SMOKE technique for bejewelled eyes to hypnotise in minutes.

• Apply the PRIME shade over the entire eyelid using the Blender Brush
• Blend the ENHANCE shade from the outer corner into the centre of the eyelid and crease
• Using the Smudger Brush, apply the SMOKE shade along the top and bottom lash lines and blend into the outer corner and crease
