Cleverly designed, this citrus juicer from Eva Solo has a core at its top for you to gently turn and squeeze the fruit, much like any other juicer. The difference comes in the handle, which acts as a funnel and has an opening at the bottom, so the juice runs straight into your jug, glass, or dish. The pips are sieved and collected at the top so all you end up with is the pure, smooth citrus juice.

Part of Eva Solo's Green tool collection which is about having less plastic but more flavour in the kitchen, the juicer is made from a composite, with 50% of the material being wheat fibre as opposed to plastic.

Best of all, it's dishwasher safe so really easy to clean.
