Lismore is one of the most recognisable cut-glass patterns in the Waterford archive. In 1952, Chief Designer Miroslav Havel's reputation was forged with the creation of the Lismore pattern, earning him the title 'the maestro of crystal'. The timeless pattern is inspired by the gothic architecture of Lismore Castle in Ireland. Over the years, Lismore has endured quite the design journey, but the brilliance of the upright wedge cuts and diamond cuts remain the same.
