Katana Flame kitchen knives feature Rainbow Damascus Steel blades with swirling patterns of copper and brass folded through the steel, reminiscent of flickering flames. The VG-10 steel core provides supreme strength and durability with razor-sharp blades. The octagonal-shaped handles, inspired by Japanese knife-making traditions, are made from natural rosewood which unites the warm tones shimmering through the steel blades. The lightweight but durable shape offers perfect balance and usability.

Each knife in the range is presented in an elegant wooden case and the blades are protected with a wooden 'Saya' or sheath. The 20cm chef's knife can be used for a variety of kitchen tasks, such as slicing, cutting and chopping.
