Chilly's Series 2 drinks bottles come with a customisable carry loop and a soft-touch, anti-microbial drinking collar for comfortable and hygienic sipping.
Using advanced double-wall vacuum technology, each bottle is made of powder-coated high-grade stainless steel and will keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours or hot for 12 hours.
The bottle is BPA-free and preserves the flavour and freshness of its contents. It's also leak-proof with a rotating lock and won't condense, so you don't have to worry about any spills or drips in your bag. The satisfyingly silent rubber base means it's quiet when you put it down.

Small items
Return a small item you bought online for free to a John Lewis or Waitrose shop, or one of our return locations. You can also arrange a collection using Evri or Royal Mail.
Large items - items delivered by two people, such as appliances and furniture
We'll collect large items from you. Collections are free if your item is damaged or faulty. If not, we charge a collection fee. To arrange a collection, please contact us.
