With its silicone body, powder-coated steel grille and utility loop, this waterproof speaker from Bose is versatile, rugged, and provides great sound wherever you go. With clear trebles and deep bass, its PositionIQ tech optimises the sound whether its standing, hanging, or laid flat on a surface.

Waterproof and dustproof
The SoundLink Flex is IP67 waterproof. So it will keep on playing if briefly dunked in water, you can rinse it off if it gets dirty, and it floats if it happens to slip into the pool. It's protected against dust too, so is fine on the beach. For deeper protection, the transducer and passive radiators are built with waterproof materials and tightly sealed, to keep out dust and water without affecting the sound.
PositionIQ
This technology automatically detects the speaker's orientation, and ensures natural, lifelike sound. So the audio is always optimised, whether it's upright on the counter, hanging from a backpack with its utility loop, or lying flat on the beach.

Returns and refunds
You can return or exchange an unwanted item within 30 days of receiving it. During the festive season, we have an extended returns period. Items purchased between 26 September and 24 December can be returned or exchanged until 23 January 2025.
Please allow up to 14 days from sending the item to receive your refund.

Small items
Return a small item you bought online for free to a John Lewis or Waitrose shop, or one of our return locations. You can also arrange a collection using Evri or Royal Mail.
Large items - items delivered by two people, such as appliances and furniture
We'll collect large items from you. Collections are free if your item is damaged or faulty. If not, we charge a collection fee. To arrange a collection, please contact us.
