How to use:

A nutritious addition to your diet to help meet your daily nutrient needs.

Add up to 40g (4 scoops) to 250-350ml of water or milk and shake. Adjust the amount of liquid for your desired level of sweetness and thickness. Best served cold. Can also be used to make smoothies, mixed into your porridge, cornflakes or yoghurt, or baked into healthy snacks.

Serving sizes: We recommend up to 40g per serving depending on how you use the product. We typically find from customer feedback that a 600g pouch should last around a month on average give or take.
