Cast Iron Round Casserole

The tight-fitting domed lid helps retain moisture, and the casserole features easy-grip side handles and a heat-resistant, ergonomic stainless steel lid knob. Almost like non-stick, the toughened enamel interior is easy to wipe clean. It's also hygienic and won't absorb odours and flavours.

Cast Iron Round Grill
This grill can reach a high heat on a low-to-medium setting, to seal your food quickly and lock in the moisture, nutrients and flavours, producing succulent, tasty meals. Made with high ridges, it delivers all the delicious flavour of an outdoor grill, with all the convenience of indoor cooking.
The grill is coated with Le Creuset's specialist satin black enamel finish that's durable, easy to clean and has been especially designed to protect the pan, with no seasoning is required, and little or no fat, making it a healthier way to cook, too. Great for searing and grilling foods such as meat, fish and vegetables. Over time, it develops a natural patina that is ideal for searing and frying. Dual handles provide extra stability when lifting a full pan.

Le Creuset Cast Iron Care

• Read the appropriate instructions that will come with your item. Remove all packaging and labels
• Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly
• Cooking on a medium or low heat gets the best results, even for frying and searing
• Let the product heat up gradually for great-tasting food that's cooked evenly. If you need to use a higher heat, lower the setting once the desired heat has been reached
• Le Creuset Silicone tools or wooden/heat-resistant plastic tools are recommended
• For best results, use an appropriately sized ring for even cooking and to reduce the risk of damage to the product
• Sand enamel surface is not ideal for dry cooking. Recommended oils to use are vegetable, rapeseed and sunflower oil
• Never drag your product across a glass surface. Always lift to move to prevent damage
• Oven and grill safe up to 260°C. Allow a minimum distance of 6.5cm when grilling
• Always use oven gloves when handling hot products
• Allow product to cool before cleaning. If washed too quickly, thermal shock may occur, resulting in cracking or loss of enamel
• Casserole base is dishwasher safe. Hand wash recommended. Lids with stainless steel and phenolic knobs are dishwasher-safe. Lids with gold finish, iridescent, copper finish and black nickel knobs should be hand-washed to maintain their finish
