Care information

• Ensure that the adjustable roof slats are fully open during windy conditions to prevent damage. Closing the slats tightly could trap wind and cause structural issues
• Clean the aluminium frame and slats using warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals, which could damage the wood-effect finish
• Keep the drainage holes clear to ensure proper water flow and avoid standing water on the roof during rain. This will help prevent damage or rusting
• Keep flames or sources of extreme heat away from the structure to avoid potential damage to the materials, including the aluminium frame and wood-effect finish
• Handle the LED lighting with care, following the instructions, particularly regarding the electrical components and wiring
• Ensure the product is properly secured to the ground once assembled

Delivery and Installation
The build of your pergola by the LG Outdoor installation team is included. But before purchasing and installation, please ensure your ground is flat, level and solid, ready for construction. The preparation of the base is not included in the cost. We recommend allowing a minimum of a two-foot (61cm) gap around the whole structure for ease of installation. Images of the installation site will be required.
Bolting down is recommended on decking, sandstone, porcelain and concrete bases. Footplates require a solid foundation. Pergolas are freestanding and are not designed to be affixed to walls.

After purchase, you will be contacted by phone by the LG Outdoor installation team to reconfirm that all pre-installation requirements are met, and to book a date for delivery and installation. If the expert installation team confirms that any pre-installation requirements are not met, this may result in your order being delayed, pending further review.
