Calibrated in both metric and imperial measurements, it's easy to follow new recipes and favourite old cookery books as well as recipes passed down from family. It measures in ounces, grams, American and English cups and pints. The measure is also calibrated for fluid measurements and can be used to measure liquids for immediate use, but it is not watertight.

This Cook's Measure is handmade in England using the same production methods since it first came into use in the 1920s.
