Made in Italy and taking its name from the Italian word for 'strong', ZWILLING's Forte range of cookware boasts a high scratch and abrasion-resistant non-stick coating called Ti-X (Extreme Titanium).

The robust design of the Forte simmer pan features a lightweight yet solid forged aluminium core, and high-quality riveted stainless steel handles that won't get hot when you're cooking on the hob. The cookware is dishwasher safe, oven safe to 180°C (without the glass lid) and suitable for use on all types of hobs, including induction.

The Forte simmer pan is ideal for reducing sauces, browning potatoes, vegetables or meat and for keeping moisture in with the lid on. This design comes with a helper handle.
