Hotel Chocolat’s reimagining of the classic egg sandwich, for Easter: caramel-milk and white chocolate, with lashings of cacao butter for an astonishing melt. The yolk is naturally on the sunny side, too: like all chocolate from Hotel Chocolat, it’s made with nothing artificial, ever. Why a sandwich? Because not everyone likes their eggs boiled, even at Easter!
Several sandwiches were eaten in the name of research: Hotel Chocolat 3D-scanned real wholemeal bread to create truly authentic chocolate moulds. Served in a traditional sandwich box, for an impactful gift this Easter.
