In 1968 Yves Saint-Laurent’s first short evening jumpsuit in black silk jersey was acclaimed by the fashion press as a new, bold fashion statement. Dashing yet unexpectedly elegant. The couturier had discovered the true beauty of a utilitarian garment, turning it into an archetype of fashion.

JUMPSUIT Eau de Parfum translates the jumpsuit's confidence and unique sense of style, through a blend of magnolia and zesty bergamot. The citrusy brightness of bergamot is enhanced by vibrant magnolia flowers, a nod to the house's colourful jumpsuits.

In an echo to the house’s vibrantly coloured jumpsuits, the fragrance takes on a bright shade of carmine – the pink hue of magnolia petals in the sun. The bright juice is encased in an architectural bottle silhouette, made of sheer, square-cut glass, topped off by a textured, black cap that mirrors the “grain de poudre” grained texture of Monsieur Saint Laurent’s signature tuxedo fabric.
