Amie white, Sauvignon Blanc - a light and refreshing white wine, produced in the Côtes de Gascogne. Made from Sauvignon Blanc, with a touch of Gros Manseng, Amie Sauvignon Blanc is clean and aromatic with green and tropical fruit flavours, and mouth-watering acidity. This wine is perfect with salty snacks, seafood, spicy and fried food.
Amie red, carignan - Amie red is a well-rounded, ‘easy-drinking’ red, produced in the south of France. Made from 100% Carignan – with vines that are over 40-years-old, giving it more concentrated fruit flavours – the wine is soft and approachable with blackberry and plum fruit notes. This wine is versatile when it comes to food, pairing well with pizza, pasta and meat dishes.
