The Gourmet Barbecue System (GBS) hinged stainless steel cooking grate is compatible with a menu of Weber specialist accessories such as pizza stones, griddles, casseroles and poultry roasters, sold separately. The accessories give you a range of cooking options from making breakfast and simmering soups to preparing a perfectly crispy pizza in your barbecue.

Porcelain enamel finish
The lid and bowl have a rust-proof porcelain enamel finish, and the lid features a built-in thermometer. Cooking with the lid down reduces flare-ups to cook more evenly and thoroughly, and it seals in smoky barbecue flavours. The lid handle has a heat shield so you can use it safely.
