Our chocolatiers used real pressed strawberries blended into real whipping cream. All wrapped up in a 36% white chocolate heart-shaped shell. Crowned in bright berry pink. The main ingredient in our white chocolate is cacao butter, so that your chocolate – however mellow – centres around the tasting nuances of the ingredient. If you consider yourself more a milk or dark chocolate lover, you might just want to give this white chocolate a go... It’s astonishingly creamy and smooth, the delicate notes melting effortlessly on your tongue. The tartness of the filling lifts the creaminess as you break into the smooth strawberry ganache inside.
