This Pilates kit includes a double handle Pilate resistance ring, a medium latex resistance band (1.2m x 15cm) and a 9" (23cm) Exer-Soft Ball (also known as a soft over ball).
There’s also an A1 colour poster featuring 8 illustrated exercises for each piece of equipment demonstrated by Pilates expert Emma Newham – the founder of Pilates Union and creator of the BarreConcept Method.

- Pilates rings add intensity to floor exercises. The resistance ring speeds up toning by targeting specific muscle groups in the upper and lower body. Useful for problem areas such as; inner and outer thighs, upper arms, chest and pelvic muscles.
- Resistance bands safely strengthen and tone your muscles, and are especially useful for rehabilitation under the guidance of a physiotherapist or fitness professional.
