Steam prevents drying out of the food, provides a deliciously crispy crust and keeps the bread fluffy from the inside. Simply fill the request amount of water in the removable and dishwasher-suitable little water bowl which is integrated in the oven bottom and set the therefore constructed heating mode “hotair steam”. Thus, also other dishes, prepared by baking and roasting turn out more tasteful.
