What do I need to know?

  • All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
  • This experience is available for two people
  • This experience is available Friday to Monday, until 4th January 2026
  • Please allow approximately 60 minutes for the full experience. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your ticketed time
  • This experience is open to all ages. All participants require a ticket regardless of age – parents should use their judgement about their child’s ability to fully participate in this series of physical and strategic games. Participants under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket
  • The venue has disabled access, but please note that the Memory Steps challenge is not suitable for wheelchair users
  • Strobe lighting is used throughout the experience
  • Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic footwear for full participation in physical challenges
  • All dates are subject to availability
